DBT for Anxiety

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is a skills-based group, focusing on developing effective coping skills for life experiences.  This group provides the knowledge and space to practice various skills. Participants will learn skills to enhance mindfulness, tolerate distress, regulate emotions and become more effective in interpersonal relationships. These skills assist in decreasing unwanted behaviors and lead towards a life worth living.

Mondays, 6-7pm
